alpha innotec belongs to a German group and specializes in heat pumps. The lineup includes air-to-water units and brine-to-water units for ground source heating. Newer models run on the natural refrigerant R290. The range also includes a compact all-in-one solution with a built-in hot water tank, along with the Luxtronik and Emmy control systems.
Swiss distribution has been handled since 1998 by a company based at Feldstrasse 11 in Nebikon. The units are sold through heating installers, and a nationwide factory service takes care of commissioning and maintenance. The company runs its own training center for its partner installers.
