The company points out that a heat pump works most economically in a well-insulated building, and that an air-to-water system is sometimes designed to run bivalently with a second heat source in winter.

Support runs from consultation through permits to installation and commissioning, for both new builds and renovations of single-family homes, housing developments, and larger commercial buildings.
