The Heat Pump System Module defines how a heat pump with up to 15 kW of heating capacity must be planned, installed and commissioned. The accompanying documentation covers the system overview, the hydraulic scheme, sizing calculations and the acceptance report. The goal is to secure installation quality regardless of which brand is chosen.
26 cantons require the WPSM certificate as a condition for receiving subsidies. The website lets you search all qualified installers and planners by canton. The WPSM is a joint project of FWS, Suissetec, GebäudeKlima Schweiz and the Swiss Federal Office of Energy.
