Helion Energy AG

Helion Energy AG belongs to the Alpiq Group and employs several hundred people across Switzerland. Its core business is installing solar systems and heat pumps, often as a combined package. Helion handles planning, subsidy applications, installation and commissioning, then follows up with maintenance contracts.

For combined projects, Helion sizes the solar system so that as much of the heat pump's electricity as possible is generated on site. The setup is rounded out with a smart controller that coordinates heat pump operation, battery charging and grid feed-in. The website includes a configurator that gives a first cost estimate.
