ELCO is one of the most widespread heating technology manufacturers in Switzerland, which makes service an important part of its business. The company runs its own service technicians and works with authorized partner firms to respond across German-speaking and French-speaking Switzerland alike.

For heat pumps, ELCO offers annual maintenance contracts that include a visual inspection, pressure measurement, a check of the controls and cleaning of components. In case of a breakdown there's a hotline with a direct line to service technicians. Spare parts for ELCO units are generally available at short notice.
