Meier Tobler offers several service subscriptions for heat pumps. Service Basic covers fault repair during business hours, including labor and travel costs. Service Premium is built as an all-inclusive package that also covers spare and wear parts on top of fault repair, without extra material invoices. SmartGuard monitors the system digitally, catches faults early and optimizes operation through ongoing data analysis, and pairs with an online diagnosis available via the Service Check.

Maintenance typically happens every two years. Technicians inspect and clean components, check safety devices and electrical connections, test for refrigerant leaks, measure current and voltage at the compressor, and for brine systems check the antifreeze concentrate. The goal is the optimal operating point, which keeps energy costs low. An on-call service can be added to the heat pump contract. The website is in German, French and Italian.
