Kelvin Kälte AG, based at Gewerbestrasse 8 in Frauenfeld, has been around since 1986 and works on heat pumps independently, flexibly and with an eye on practical solutions. For new installations the company favors NIBE as its own quality product, but in servicing it takes on nearly every older brand too. The offering includes repairs and maintenance as well as fixing IVT controllers and cooling systems built around heat pumps. The company says twelve highly qualified specialists stand behind the operation.

An on-call service runs 365 days a year from 6am to 10pm, including weekends. Nights and Saturdays carry a 50 percent surcharge, Saturday nights plus Sundays and public holidays carry 100 percent, and there's a flat callout fee of 150 francs per visit.
