Energie 360°'s contracting model is aimed at property owners who want a heat pump system but shy away from the upfront investment, often between 20,000 and 60,000 francs. The provider finances and operates the system, and the owner pays a monthly amount for heat and service.
Energie 360° is a subsidiary of the City of Zurich and operates in German-speaking Switzerland. Alongside heat pumps, its range also includes district heating, biogas, and solar power. Contracting offers are especially attractive for multi-family buildings and commercial properties, where larger systems and long contract terms make the financing easier.
