Stiebel Eltron maintenance contracts usually include an annual inspection covering refrigerant pressure checks, cleaning of the condensate drain and documentation of the operating condition. On top of that, remote maintenance is available through the WPM controller, which transmits the system's operating status digitally and allows diagnosis via remote access.
