AFM SA positions itself as a generalist in building technology, covering heating, air conditioning, ventilation and hot water. On the heat pump side, the range spans air-to-water units, geothermal systems and cascades, complemented by fan coils, underfloor heating and radiators for heat distribution. Photovoltaics are handled through a sister company. For larger projects, the offering targets industry, service buildings, hospitals and housing developments.

The company runs its own engineering office and designs systems with CAD support, accompanied by engineers and project managers. That allows every installation to be tailored to the actual building instead of relying on a standard product. A dedicated service team handles maintenance and fault repair.

AFM operates around its Bardonnex base within a radius of about 100 kilometers, covering the cantons of Geneva and Vaud. The company holds certifications such as GSP, the heat pump system module and SIG éco21. Consultations are conducted in French.
